This Billing, Subscription, and Refund Policy describes how Income Lab, Inc. (“Income Lab,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) charges for and manages subscriptions to the Income Lab platform and services (the “Service”).
By signing up for or purchasing access to the Service, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Income Lab may offer new users a free trial.
By starting a free trial, you agree to the following:
Income Lab offers both monthly and annual subscription plans.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Income Lab to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the beginning of each billing cycle.

When a bill becomes past due, all users will be locked out until payment is collected. Income Lab provides a 14-day grace period to resolve failed payments.

Payments processed after the original renewal date will not affect future renewal dates.

Deleting or disabling a user in the app does not constitute a seat change; firm admin users must contact support to remove the license from the subscription.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting Income Lab support.

To cancel your subscription, you must fill out the cancellation form under the Billing and Payments page inside your Income Lab account.
If a user cancels after a billing charge has occurred:

If a user cancels after a subscription payment has been processed, the subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period, but no refund will be issued.
Income Lab may provide refunds only at its sole discretion in cases of verified billing errors.
Free trials and promotional offers are intended for new users evaluating the Service.
Income Lab reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that attempt to abuse free trials or promotional offers.

Users agree to contact Income Lab support to resolve billing issues before initiating a chargeback.
If a user initiates a chargeback or payment dispute, Income Lab reserves the right to:

These records may be used to dispute chargebacks and demonstrate that the service was provided.
Enterprise customers may enter into separate contractual agreements with Income Lab.

If an account is terminated due to a violation of the Terms of Service, subscription fees will not be refunded.
